[mythtv-users] Duplicated recordings

I'm intermittently getting duplicate recordings.  The latest was today -

Is there a good way to find out why the scheduled made this decision?  When
I looked at the schedule yesterday, it was only scheduled to record the
first instance.  The first instance seems fine, so it shouldn't be a
damaged recording - how do I find out?
