Did you mean to say TLMSC on 0.24 and _LMSC on 0.25 and above? Why are you working with so many versions? Are these all on the one system or different systems?

Do you mean both or all? Best to do troubleshooting with current supported which is fixes/0.27.4 I think.

My first guess would be to check the permissions on all the folders in the recording storage group. And then check for sufficient disk space. Compare permissions against folders in the LiveTV storage group if that helps given LiveTV seems to work and recordings don't.

Are you sure that recordings are happening at the times they should be? There were changes to UTC time sometime around 0.25, I don't recall quite when though. Did you only very recently upgrade from 0.24 and that was when the problems started or is this a new system?
