If re-paired, then the card's Data ID *changes*. That's why my setup took so long.
He (and I) were reusing the original Data ID when attempting to get the card
working. Supplying the new Data ID get me up and running.

Maybe the Cisco card is different, but:

There were 3 numbers that I had to give. CableCARD ID, Host ID and Data ID.
The formats are xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-x for the 1st two and xxx-xxx-xxx-xx for
the 3rd.

Use a browser to verify the three IDs on your HDHR-CC (sorry, I can't tell
you the page now.)

Also, from my notes, Authentication=Pairing (according to my provider.)
