May be worth trying another video card.
For a start a 210 is really underpowered and won't be fast enough for
the good VDPAU interlacers.
Also, it doesn't support HBR audio (High Bit Rate: DTS-HD MA and Dolby TruHD)

Get a 430, 520 or 610
