[mythtv-users] mythfilldatabase failing when running automatically

I had this and found it was permissions for me. I chmodded
~/.xmltv/cache to 777 and also check ~/.mythtv/yourxmltvconfig isn't owned
by root (happen once when I had run mythtvsetup as root.)
