[mythtv-users] Is there a lag in rescheduling after changing programid?

Adding a new recording isn't sufficient any more since the scheduler
only re-runs what it thinks it needs to re-run.

If both programs have programids, the subtitles are irrelevant.  The
only things that should matter are the programids of the recorded and
future programs, the duplicate flag of the recorded program, the type
and duplicate handling for the recording rule.
