Hmm well I can't see that version number in my sourceforge file area so 
I have no idea about those messages...

What I wrote here to say, however was that I've succeeded in getting a 
more recent version to work! (note: more recent than the link I posted 
on the bug reports)
It has no crashes for me (i5/nvidia system) and both DXVA and standard 
decoders work. Plugins also present.
As an added bonus I got libcec working with it too! (after patching it 
to use the C api since Myth isnt compiled with VC++) - if you can test 
cec out that'd be great (I don't own an adapter).

I've only recently uploaded them as of sending this message, so they 
make take time to be mirrored close to you.

I'll give 0.26 a go soon (seems some people are still after it), and 
very soon I should be able to put them back on autobuilds (doing a new 
perl based script now that I've learnt it)
