Replying to myself.

After having failed to scan all available transports, I have tried a 
complete new scan, with Germany as the country.

Now, all the transports and channels are available in MythTV.

May be this option (Germany) is relying on some files in 
'/usr/share/dvb/dvb-c', that are used as a starting point.

Anyway, it is working now.
