You need to log in to your Schedules Direct account and create a new lineup
for the broadcast/OTA channels (in addition to your existing Cable TV
lineup). Then in mythtv-setup, you need to configure that new lineup as a
video source (that is MythTV's name for a set of channels and associated
listing data which are tunable by the selected input), and then in Input
Connections, assign that OTA video source to the 1800.

By the way, it would be a good idea to do a clean start: perform a "Delete
all capture cards" (not "Delete all on this host") and start from scratch.
It shouldn't take you long and it will ensure you don't have old invalid
entries that might confuse the backend.
