Looks like only usr/share/mythweb/data/tv_icons is written to, but that
more of a one time thing rather than on a continuing basis...

/usr/share/mythweb/data/video & video_convers are symbolic links.

Maybe that's the best way to handle this? Anything writable should be
symbolically linked to /var/cache/mythweb or something like that.

Looks like I can drop a few directories I'm creating in the mythweb spec
file...
