Short answer, you can use both, but I wouldn't
use them at *exactly* the same time.

For example, you could use the RC6 device to navigate
to the Watch Recordings screen and then MythMote to
select the recording to watch.

[2 separate interfaces LIRC and Network Control, unless
you're using MythMote that's packaged with the MythTV
Android Frontend and then it uses the Services API]
