Did you by chance install the theme when you were running the master
branch, while you are currently running a fixes branch? When you're
running a stable/fixes branch, you'll only be able to download the
themes which have been acknowledged by their authors to be compatible
with the stable MythTV version. If you're running 0.27-fixes and
blue-abstract-wide hasn't been enabled for that branch you'll not be
able to download the theme with the theme-downloader yet. You can
still download and install the theme manually, though.

Latest blue-abstract-wide available for the theme-downloader in master/pre0.28:
