You're not alone. I have exactly the same issue.
I've tried re-installing NVIDIA drivers in a vain attempt to get it to
work, but no joy whatsoever.

I'm also having this problem.
I tried changing my Video Playback Profile from VAAPI Normal to Normal, but that made no difference.
Recording programs seems to be OK, although there seem to be some missing scheduling options, like "Record at any time on channel channelname"
