Correct, although each franchise is different, and especially
for recently acquired companies it can take some time for
corporate to trickle down, and local CSRs are sometimes
incompletely trained (especially for things like this; they know
how to hand the "average" consumer, not the ones using
OCUR devices).

You could just keep escalating (yes, it takes time), or
you might try "ComcastCares".
