If you don't get an authoritative answer, I'd try this:

     myth://SomeStorageGroup@IpAddress:6543/FileNameInSomeStorageGroup

Look at filename here: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/ProgramInfo_%28Myth_Protocol%29
