It's not too bad but probably only 1 in 4 cut points when aligned to key frames would actually also be in the blank frames of the transition too/from program material. I need to either leave a small amount of commercial in or lose a few frames of program. (I use John's mythDVBcut with ProjectX making the cuts).

OK; I was surprised when I found it worked quite so well for me. 
Different studio practices or network organisation and relatively small 
distances, perhaps.
