Ok, let me start by giving you some (likely) unwelcome news,
so that you can make some decisions as to where you want
to go from here.

Comcast is encrypting *all* channels on the cable.  While the
scheduled roll-outs for each franchise vary, the end result is that
the only devices that will work with Comcast will be OCUR
devices (those that use CableCards, like the HDHR Prime,
and the Ceton InfiniTV), or something like the HD-PVR which
can record off a STB via component cables.  Your older clear
QAM tuners connected to Comcast will not be able to receive
anything when they encrypt basic.

Comcast will warn you about the change over in their billing
statements (but it is usually on page 3 or 4, easily missed).

Your OTA ATSC tuner(s) will, of course, should continue to
work fine.
