you could use my 0.27 mac build, it will work under 10.6 and is a
universal (32/64) bit build

unfortunately, qt changed how they are storing their archive and as
such it's impossible to have a general rule to fetch any version like
they used to...

so you'll have to manually download
qt-everywhere-opensource-src-4.8.1.tar.gz and place it in
/Users/jam/mythtv/.osx-packager/src
