[mythtv-users] db password problems after upgrade to mythbuntu 13.04

It's recommended to stick on 12.04.

But anyhow, that is looking for ~/.mythtv/config.xml. It sounds like
either A) that file doesn't exist, B) it's unreadable by the user, or
C) It's unwritable and cannot accept the right password when you put
in it.
