Those Lava antennas are widely regarded as trash.  Stick to reputable brands 
like WInegard, Channel Master, Antennas Direct, and Antennacraft,   There is a

There is also a lot of great info at those forums, though much of it is 
specific to Canada.  The general advice would still apply to Seattle.

About the tree mount... I don't know enough about it to give expert advice, 
but at sounds problematic to me.
