Actually, they do, indirectly. Using your ark reference

note that the processor includes "Intel HD Graphics", Intel's
marketing term for the basic video decoding.
Intel has a maze of twisty marketing terms, all different
and all alike. Whether you go up, left, or north, you may
not manage to figure out how to pass the snake.
