The feature did not go away, but was changed substantially and I think
is now not controllable from the Nvidia GUI.  But you can still fix
overscan problems by putting the appropriate lines into the xorg.conf
file.  I believe it involves using the ViewPortOut option, but I have
never used it myself so you should go looking for a good web page to
tell you how.
