For some reason I see Your recent post in

In my case I also have issue like described in #11459.
I noticed it recently during editing manually commercials with OSD video 
editor: seeking back/forward is signifficantly longer and there are 
pixelization transitions during seek.

Feedback regarding: 69cd78b402 from 0.26 - it not helping with issue #11459.

#11459 issue is caused by 
http://code.mythtv.org/cgit/mythtv/commit/?id=e54b9b6fd635df024f81c1d2f33956996c95c379 
as reverting it resolves issue.
Interestingly - launching commflag on recording also solves issue - so 
it looks like 
http://code.mythtv.org/cgit/mythtv/commit/?id=e54b9b6fd635df024f81c1d2f33956996c95c379 
causes desync between keyframes and seektable....
