[mythtv-users] mythtvfs with mythtv 0.26?

 Has anyone successfully managed to get mythtvfs working with mythtv 0.26?

 
If so, can you provide me with instructions for dummies so that I can get it working on my Ubuntu 12.10 backend.

 
I want to do this because I want to use Plex Media Server to serve mythtv recordings to my Samsung TV as it has a native Plex client. Unfortunately Plex doesn't work with linked files and I'm not happy with using mythicalLibrarian to rename the recording files as I cannot get any consistency in where it puts the renamed files (some recordings go into Episodes, while others go into Showings) and the program details are often wrong.
