I've put version 3.0 on the wiki. Hopefully it's the last - I've no  
further enhancements planned.

There's a new silence.py, silence.cpp & Makefile; catagrower.cpp is  
unchanged.

This version updates MythPlayer via the Python bindings, so it does not  
require any headers to be installed (nor built against Myth). This makes  
it compatible with future Myth versions. However there are no  
functionality differences to v2.
