[mythtv-users] mythfrontend hangs on startup

After updating my backend to the latest 0.26-fixes available in
Mythbuntu (0.26.0+fixes.20130308), my frontends now hang on startup.
I have one frontend that has been updated and one that hasn't.  They
both hang at the theme's initial splash screen.

Starting up a mythfrontend instance on the backend itself seems to work fine.

Any suggestions?
