[mythtv-users] Using MythNetvision grabber with Hulu Plus

Mike,
     The Hulu grabber was only written to access the free Hulu services. 
No authentication of any kind was included in that grabber. Therefore 
Hulu Plus login methods would need to be added to that grabber.
