I think this might be similar to something we've seen before in the UK. It was
discussed on the list. What I'm referring to is a channel or channels which
doesn't transmit 24/7 - like some of the children's channels.
What happens is that if, say, you have an evening-only channel (or whatever) it
suddenly appears and confuses the system since when you last scanned it wasn't
there so doesn't have a table entry.
I can't remember the resolution to this one, though. It /did/ get solved, so
perhaps this is a regression?
