Yeah, I've had something similar.  I think this is your problem

I think it means that your channel information is incorrect and the
channel that it's trying to record doesn't exist in the DVB stream.

I'd try rescanning your channels.

I've a suspicion that MythTV doesn't handle this sort of error very
well.  In my case it silently recorded a different programme off what
appeared to be a random channel.  Ultimately though I think it's a
channel configuration problem.
