would this be able to handle HD recordings, MPEG2 in my case. either with

our second TV died and looking for a replacement was just running off an
old laptop but it couldn't handle HD, been looking for a cheap Nvidia ION
but not having any luck but now a whole new set is required I think the
above would be a good option if it'll work and maybe pair it with
