I don't have any other PCI cards as such, so I can''t comment as such, other than to ask if you looked at dmesg to see if there where any problems, such as module conflicts.    However the 3 different usb connected tuners I have are all woking fine.   [Hauppauge Nova-TD , Kworld UB499-2T and PCTV nanoStick T2 290e]
