Some stations have people inside the description in a way that can be
scraped by EITFixups. DVB EIT does provide a mechanism for generic
key/value pairs that can be used for people, but I have not heard of
anyone using that in the wild.

It all depends on your broadcaster. Country / Provider. But don't expect
to much.
