Maybe it was Doug Trumbull's Showscan or some relation.

When I get around to upgrading my projector I plan to shoot some 120fps sailing video, all the common 3D capable DLP projectors seem to have a 720p120 mode too. The modern GoPro waterproof cameras among many others can now shoot at 120fps or even higher.
