Glad it worked.  Host name changes can be quite a challenge with current 
MythTV, so "Delete all capture cards" is often a great idea when you 
change host name--even if you go through the proper (very long, 
confusing, and finicky) process--just to be safe.

You may also want to check out your Storage Groups, too, since it seems 
there were host name problems.  See 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Backend_migration#Retiring_an_old_backend for 
the list of "host-important" things to check.
