Thanks, Roger.  That suggests there may be a local misconfiguration.  I 
don't know where the muxes are assembled for transmission.  Any more 
results like mine out there?

Coincidentally (?) I can no longer connect to the ukfree.tv website 
quoted above.  It's giving me a mysql error.
