Seriously?  If so, that's almost definitely the problem as we need at 
least 256MB of RAM for the GPU when using VDPAU or OpenGL (and, really 
512MB is preferred/more likely to work).  That said, I wouldn't expect a 
GT430 to have so little video RAM.

I'm guessing this is showing the main memory it's allowed to access and 
not on-board video RAM?

If it's some kind of setup with shared memory (where the GPU doesn't 
have any dedicated RAM and uses some set-aside area of normal system 
RAM), increase the BIOS setting to allow it 512MB.
