Does the HLS recorder work (from manual schedule) for you ?

I would guess that if you can find listing information you could modify
an existing grabber script.

You can expt with xmltv & grabber scripts, quite removed from mythtv, by
using FOSS xml to html converters & your browser.

The mythtv setup would be no different to other xmltv usage.
Each video source has option for a different grabber script.
