That's not quite the same thing as 'all-Debian stock packages'. I  
ditched the deb-multimedia repo (nothing personal, just wanted to use  
a git copy of mythtv-fixes). I don't know what is in your versions of  
xmltv and mysql.

Sounds like something went wrong with the database backup or restore,  
have you looked through the backup sql to see if the transport table  
is there?

They should be in ~mythtv/.xmltv/supplement/tv_grab_uk_rt/channel_ids  
which is updated every time you run tv_grab_uk_rt, or just go direct  
to http://supplement.xmltv.org/tv_grab_uk_rt/channel_ids
