[mythtv-users] Any success story with lirc on Motorola vip2262 or vip2202 ... thanks to share

Hi all,

  I use to have a working Mythbuntu system with a HDPVR and driving a Scientific Atlanta Cable Box.  

I switched 2 weeks afo to a Motorola VIP2262 and a VIP2202 but haven`t been able to control it using the HDPVR ir blaster

I searched the web and forum extensively and haven`t found clue about how to make it work.  

I also tried to make this lircd.conf working http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/motorola/VIP_1200 . But no success.  

I ordered another Ir blaster from LiebTech hoping it just the HDPVR blaster that causing the problem...

If you have any working configuration with working lircd.conf and hardware.conf.. thanks to share :-)

Thanks for any help or advice that can make my MythTv system work proprely again :-)
