It's there, and it's not theme dependent.  Just scroll through them--now 
that you know what you're looking for, it should be easier to find.  
(Though it's possible that the theme you've chosen doesn't have enough 
room to show enough words on the button for you to see, for example, 
"Favorites group"--but at least now you know to look for "Only channels...")
