My main BE/FE hooked up to our family room TV is a Dell Dimension
8400.  Which sports a P4 3.2 GHz processor and PCIe.  We have a NVIDIA
9500GT in it and have been enjoying MythTV for years.  :)
I quick search turned up that same computer for sale at about $130
(maybe not with Nvidia inside).
