I'm in Oakville; Toronto and Buffalo are nearly at right angles to me 
(about 80 degrees).  Nonetheless, my antenna--older Channel Master 
4228--seems to haul them in pretty well.

Yeah, but then I developed it!  ;)

More seriously, it aims to take the pain out of setting up an OS X 
machine as a full-time Myth backend or frontend/backend.  If you've 
already done all the work to install mysql and set up launchd to 
automatically start the backend, there isn't much reason to redo it.
