Try using the MythCenter or MythCenter-wide theme. The theme you are 
using probably has it's own version of the settings screens which is 
missing the 'visualmodedelay' widget.

It should not be segfaulting though. There should be a check that 'err' 
hasn't been set in VisualizationSettings::Create() after looking for the 
required widgets. I'll fix that later.
