Hi;

Try gracefully stopping the backend e.g. for *buntu:

     sudo stop mythtv-backend

Then run:

     mythtv-setup

Look in your mythbackend and or mythtv-setup logs for
a line like this:

     CoreContext schemawizard.cpp:118 (Compare) - Current MythTV Schema Version (DBSchemaVer): ____

Was there a number in the blanks, like 1307?
