Most TV will not pass AC3/DTS audio. You must connect the PC directly to
your receiver:
PC -> Receiver -> TV

Or
PC -> Receiver
|-> TV

But did you say that when connecting PC -> TV -> Receiver with another PC
(nvidia 210) it works?
