Thanks for the response.  I would think that, but I actually un-emerged the
old .25.2 install.  To make sure, I re-emerged the .26 version.  It
indicates that MythWeb was updated:

 * vhosts USE flag not set - auto-installing using webapp-config
 * This is an installation
 * mythweb-0.26.0 is not installed - using install mode
 * Running /usr/sbin/webapp-config -I -h localhost -u root -d /mythweb
mythweb 0.26.0
*   Creating required directories
*   Linking in required files
*     This can take several minutes for larger apps
*   Files and directories installed
* Install completed - success

 * Running /usr/sbin/webapp-cleaner -p -C /mythweb
 * Nothing to clean
