Right.  It didn't sound like you were trying to steal anything, but I 
was just trying to explain why we are unable to support such a 
feature--because the providers don't want to allow it.  They want to 
control you and how you consume the content they provide.  It's 
unfortunate--and, really, rather annoying that they believe they can 
force you to watch something like the F1 without a recording--but the 
industry doesn't seem to care about their customers, at all, anymore.  :(
