[mythtv-users] 0.27 Upgrade - What am I doing wrong?

We generally recommend a 'apt-get dist-upgrade' to upgrade a new major
mythtv version. Just doing mythtv probably isn't working because at
most, that is a metapackage whose version isn't changing.
