Packman's web page only showed it back to 13.1, that I saw.  I selected 12.2
because it was ostensibly possibly to avoid systemd entirely, but it turned
out that that wasn't really practical even at that release.  <sigh>

I will double check the 12.3 issue; that's got NV drivers.
