It did say that.

It also said that enterprise-grade SCSI drives were, byte for byte, no
more reliable than the consumer SATAs that cost 1/6 as much per gig, or
even less.

In consequence of which, as scientific as it sounds, I can't grant it
much credence after 30 years of working with drives in both classes.
